I usually get one in the mail and then I get another in my husband's email, which I used to sign up for the online factory sales. For some reason, Coach can't figure out that it is the same person. They wouldn't invite me to the factory sales but they invited my husband. They have also invited him to Coach ebay sales, even though he has an ebay feedback of 2 and mine is in the hundreds. Then they invited him to the Legacy pre-sale. I think they think of him as a new customer that they have to entice with special deals, but they don't have to try very hard with me since I will buy Coach anyway.

I did a double-take when I saw that too! I've sent the seller a note telling him/her about the mistakes in the serial number and name of bag but I haven't gotten a response yet.
