The Deals Thread is to post deals, not your friend's listings.

Not my auction. I don't even have an ebay account.

Do I know the person who listed it, yes. That is why I posted it in the listed section for authentic. If someone is interested I am sure they could ask for detailed photos of the item.

Why are you being so negative? I feel like you are really taking this personal for no reason at all.

They are great deals and I thought I would post them here since I figured that people here would appreciate a good deal on some nice bags. I didn't think it mattered if it was my friend's listings or not.

If you are interested in the bags...great. If not, that is fine too.

Maybe the first post of that thread helps make it clearer. Although you aren't posting your own listings, it's still solicitation. http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-sh...ons-deals-rare-finds-636857.html#post16981923

As for buyers requesting pictures, there's enough competition on ebay and enough listings from sellers who show enough pictures that most of us are just going to hit the "back" button when they see a listing that doesn't show what needs to be shown.

If your friend is going to be selling $600 purses, she needs to either break down and spend 15 cents per extra picture or she can open a photobucket account and post pictures for free.

But she's wasting her money on fees on listings with just one blurry picture.

I agree with NSP. There's been a lot of "doing favors for friends" or mutually recommending listings back and forth between members, and that's something that can lead to abuse of the trust factor in this thread and this forum.

Suggest to your friend that she can use a free photo hosting service like Photobucket and post multiple photos at no extra charge.

She also needs to post the serial numbers in the listings and show photos of the creed patch.

ITA - this is one of my pet peeves, the seller is looking to get $500 for a purse but won't spend a dollars for pictures. smdh
