There's no way I'd even consider spending that kind of money with a seller who doesn't show pictures of her actual items! The seller has no proven history of designer item sales and can't even take the time to show the actual bags! Who knows whether they're even authentic?

I was wondering if those listings were hers?

It wouldn't surprise me at all - one of her posts in another forum talks about going into Chicago to shop, and Crystal Lake where the seller lives is in Chicago's NW suburbs. So it could easily be either the poster or a friend or relative.
No WAY would I follow her recommendations - hope no one else does either.
Why should a buyer have to ask for pictures that the seller should have posted in the listings? One could almost justify the use of a stock photo if other pictures of the important details proving authenticity and showing the extent of use were shown. Not my auction. I don't even have an ebay account.
Do I know the person who listed it, yes. That is why I posted it in the listed section for authentic. If someone is interested I am sure they could ask for detailed photos of the item.

But for a seller to show only a stolen stock photo when selling used bags is setting herself up for SNAD disputes.
As for using stock photos, sellers shouldn't be using Coach's pictures. In fact, if the seller (or you) look at Coach's website, you'll see that their images are copyrighted:
