From eBay?I'm traumatized. I bought 2 new to me bags that I thought were great deals. The sellers described them as "like new", "nwot", "smoke free". I received both today and both look more worn than any bag that I've used for 5 years. I'm so disappointed. Why not just be honest? It saves everyone time and money. Sorry for the rant, but I just needed to vent my annoyance.
Oh I am so sorry! For the most part I have had really good luck. If I am unsure with pictures etc I ask for more as I am picky. My Like New description - means that - not true for everyone though. No returns I suppose?I'm traumatized. I bought 2 new to me bags that I thought were great deals. The sellers described them as "like new", "nwot", "smoke free". Your description is exactly my description. I am just as picky because I take really good care of my bags. And while I hate selling, when I do, I describe it to the T. Oh, I'm going to fight tooth and nail to return. I just don't understand. Why even lie? Maybe I'm the stupid one for believing the condition at the price I bought it at.Oh I am so sorry! Once I bought a NWT bag on ebay. When it came, there were no tags and there was something sticky and gross gluing the pocket shut. There were a few other signs of wear but the pocket was disgusting. I opened up a case on ebay. The seller never responded to the case so ebay refunded me.Your description is exactly my description. I am just as picky because I take really good care of my bags. I'd be interested in seeing the listings, pictures and descriptions. You might have a valid SNAD complaint.I'm traumatized. I bought 2 new to me bags that I thought were great deals. THANK YOU! I may have to go through a credit card dispute. She is refusing the return. This seller is rude!!! OMG! She's actually insinuating that I messed up the bag. Meaning that she described it exactly right and it was in like new condition when she sent it to me so if there's anything wrong with it now, it's me. And if I messed up the bag, she's going to stick her cop brother on me. Like seriously?Once I bought a NWT bag on ebay. If you bought them on ebay, Tradesy, or another reputable site, or paid with Paypal, you should be able to get satisfaction since the bags were not as described. If not, you can always try a credit card dispute.
