Figuring I had nothing to loose with eBay buyer protection, I ordered one. I just received the following.

So I did what they said, I went to the resolution center and requested a refund. I have to wait 4 days before getting eBay/PayPal involved. When momma told me "If it seems too good to be true, it usually is", she was right!
