Hey All,

still fairly new to the forums here. I purchased a FP Isabelle in Parchment from a Coach store on June 9th and then didn't take her out of the bag until recently because I kept feeling guilty for how expensive she was. (It was my first nice bag purchase!)

Today, I see she is listed on Macy's.com for $250.60!!! I haven't even cut the tags off yet but I've gently used her once. Is there any way I could ask Coach to give me the price difference? I don't want to try to return her and buy her again from Macy's, but $100+ is a lot.

Any thoughts?

IMO, you've used it. Why would you use it and not cut off the tags? Coach doesn't give price adjustments when another retailer has it on sale.

Last time I was in my FP store, a guy came in with his purchase just had just made there few minutes before, He said I was just at macys and the same bag is 160$ cheaper there.... One of the SA's went over to macys for the price they gave him the difference. She said of course they price match. I never knew they did this.
Of course this was what I witnessed at my store.

I imagine they have the discretion to do so and the guy had just purchased it. It wasn't like it was a month later. They won't give you the price adjustment if you find it at the outlet later, unless you are CforC.
