You're not alone, LostInBal. LMB destroyed one of my bags too -- did a ridiculous job on the handles AND repainted the whole bag without my permission. Never again.

It was awhile ago, but I had a similar issue with LMB and a seafoam twiggy. Had initially asked for a full redye and then spoke to Barbara and told her only corners and handles redone. Got confirmation in email...then they redid it anyway and ruined it. I was given $50 off when I complained. The bag stunk like chemicals and felt plasticky. I would never recommend them.

Sorry this happened to you. They are VERY disorganized. And a $50 compensation for the destruction of your seafoam Twiggy is just pathetic.
