Not speaking to authenticity, but the color does not look like Bordeaux to me. Unless the lighting is way off, it looks much more purple leaning than 05 Bordy.Just as a little warning, because I bought and returned this earlier this year...

Color is off in the photos — it’s more like what I imagine Bordeaux is IRL.

I always think of Bordeaux as dark red with a bit of cranberry undertone. Can’t count on photos at all.

Man I really want it and I only do cities or first except for one embroidered wristlet I.bought that i don't know anything about...season,name , nothing. I just bought it on a Whitman I think @Deco said she had seen some before.
