yeah i dont think it makes her a bad seller, but I could see why it would hinder me or someone else as a buyer. either way she disclosed it and then relisted for less. unfortunately, some sellers aren't so transparent.

No, I wasn’t insinuating she’s a bad seller. I meant I think it was a blessing in disguise — I offered less based on its condition but she was set on her price, which knowing about the rivet and seeing better pics of the wear, make me glad I didn’t go through with it. I wouldn’t normally pay more than $400 for a heavily worn/used Day, but the color made it seem worth it. All things considered, I’m glad it was cancelled because I think I would have regretted it upon receipt

i'm not seeing what you're seeing.
The leather doesn't look dyed from my perspective - the mirror and bag color look the same IMO - and the picture of the tag is so hard to tell what year it is - i don't see a letter...
so you guys think the outside of the bag matches the tag from the inside and what Navy looks like?
you don't think it looks 3-4 shades darker with the normal color coming through around the handles?
I mean I know the lighting at TRR is really off at times, but this doesn't look faded to me -- it looks either dyed or extremely dirty. the color of the mirror matching the bag made me think dyed

I know. I never said they didn't look the same color
I said it doesn't match the color of the tag inside the bag which leads me to believe the bag was dyed
The edge paint on the mirror doesn't look right to me for FW 05 Navy...

ETA: Like all of us who have trouble taking photos of our bag's colours, I feel like TRR has been struggling a lot lately and it's possible they're adjusting saturation/contrast too much, lol.

... and I don't think they can edit the photos that much that the edge paint be that off on their photos.
