Charlie Sheen Under Criminal Investigation, LAPD Confirms
LAPD Officer Mike Lopez said he could not identify the alleged target of any threats.
Officer Matthew Ludwig says Sheen was listed as a suspect in a criminal investigation report received on March 31.
"We believe the search warrant is illegal and violates federal and state law prohibiting the use of search warrants against media companies who are reporting news and information", The National Enquirer's editor told the AP. The website has since been served with a search warrant requesting the tape.
It can be recalled that back in December, Ross shared with ET Online that she is "tired of being scared", which prodded her to file a lawsuit against the "Two and a Half Man" actor. When Sheen went public with his diagnosis, he said since learning of his condition that he had had unprotected sex with only two partners, who were aware of his HIV status and under the care of his doctor.
Father-of-five Sheen split with her in 2014 after a year-long relationship. "She is getting all the legal protection that she can from him at this time".
Sheen's rep had no comment, but a police spokesperson told E! In the suit, Ross alleges that in addition to concealing his HIV status from her, Sheen on numerous occasions erupted in violent fits, often accompanied by threats.
Sheen was also arrested on suspicion of domestic abuse in 2009 after he allegedly threatened to kill then-wife Brooke Mueller.
According to a report by New York Daily News, Charlie Sheen is under investigation for a potential felony cause.

I can't believe he wasn't arrested multiple times for endangering the lives of everyone he slept with, without protection, knowing he was HIV positive. What he did is a crime in California but I guess all the money he shelled out kept everyone and their brother silent. He is a nightmare, a truly horrible person who doesn't care about anyone but himself. He should be locked up in prison forever.

The Anger Management star has been sued by American Express over an unpaid and enormous balance of nearly $300,000, TMZ reported on Monday.
The credit card company is claiming the 50-year-old has failed to make payments totaling a whopping $287,879.28 and has $8,357.69 just in late fees, according to the gossip site.
The Two and a Half Men alum who announced he was HIV positive in November and claimed he was extorted out of $10 million didnt deny that AMEX has reached its limit with him.
