A source said: “Charlie once boasted he’d had 5,000 women. After he was diagnosed he’s admitted he went out of control.

"Say he slept with 500 sex workers in the past four years and they slept with five people each – thousands could have been exposed to HIV. It’s caused panic.”

Sheen, who spent £1million on sex workers in 2013 alone, has become known as Patient Zero in legal circles as California lawyers continue to receive calls from claimants.

In his confession the dad of five said it was “impossible” for him to have spread the disease and that he told everyone he slept with he was HIV.

But many former partners have branded him a liar.

Ex-porn star Bree Olson, who lived with him in 2011, claimed he “never said anything” about having HIV.

She added: “I could be dead right now because he did not tell me that.

"He is a monster.”

well i dont think he should get sued , these people should have worried their health by themselves not cry about how someone didnt tell they have hiv, i understand if they were in long term relationship or he raped them but most of them are one night stands or prostitutes who accepted no condoms so yeah they are only guilty ones in ruining their own health.
And Charlie Sheen history i well know so even if he hadnt had hiv he has still very high chance to share other stds.

I've heard before how some drugs get you so sexually ramped up, that you'll do anything because you aren't in your right mind. My friend walked in on two girls getting it on because they were high on Coke and not lesbians in real life. My guess is Charlie was high and not all there, so boundaries didn't really exist.
