So how reliable is this report? Is this something that the "megastar" in question may have leaked to get the ball rolling or is it complete bulls*t?

If Sheen is the Megastar it makes me question my interpretation of many stories and blind items. He's famous for sure but a megastar?? Maybe a decade ago he was a megastar.

Also if it is him... it sucks to have the disease, even if he was a reckless douche.
