Charge-sends from LV Saks?

Hello everyone! I'm looking to buy my first Louis bag... a Damier ebene eva!! Unfortunately, I've been looking around everywhere in Boston (where I'm from) and it's entirely sold out. I called 866 VUITTON and was told I can't do a charge-send from a boutique because I've never bought from them before. My question is this: if I were to do a charge-send from a department store (Saks) would I have to have purchased LV from them before? Also, would I have to pay with a Saks card, or would another form of credit card be acceptable? Thank you so much in advance, and sorry if any of my questions sound dumb!!

I dont know but saks takes visa mc, am express and saks card. Call my sa dorothy if you want a bag from saks she is very sweet tell her stacey from pf sent you 248 643-9000 ask for lv then Dorothy.

Yeah, that should be fine as long as the billing and mailing address are the same.

I have ordered over the phone from my SA at the Saks in Chicago, twice now. I did buy from her once in person, but no one ever said I had to have been an existing customer or anything.
