I remember seeing them on Lip Sync and wondering if they were a real loving couple or simply entertainers who shared a space. I just got a weird vibe. That said, I am sorry that things did not work out. Marriage is a lot of work and some just don't make it.
They really shouldn't even be allowed to marry, everyone knows they never last!! haha
what always kills me is the keeping doing it over and over....at least in the case of these two I think it's their first marriage...but won't be their last
From an image standpoint, I don't think they are really given much of a choice. Even though there's a little more freedom for people these days to not to get married, or marry later in life, there is still a basic expectation of reaching adulthood, getting married and having kids. When people choose a different path, they're given the side eye by many, and in an image drive world of celebrity, that's a problem. Look at the number of articles written about poor pitiful Jennifer Anniston who couldn't find a husband before she married Justin. It's worse for women than it is for men (which is why so many women who don't want to have children won't admit to that for fear of being labelled as heartless and having something wrong with them).
So sad as it is, it's worse for a celebrities public image to be married multiple times than it would be to not get married.
I guess I never really paid attention, but I had no idea all of this was going on. I just thought they were an under the radar couple.
OT, but I just hope Emily Blunt and John Krasinski stay together. They seem like such a real and fun couple.

no, but I've heard Jimmy Kimmel talk about John and Emily. They do pranks on each other - extreme decorating of Jimmy's front lawn for Christmas
I hope so too. Emily's sister Felicity Blunt is married to the American actor Stanley Tucci, who costarred with Emily in 'Devil Wears Prada' and they seem very sweet.
I grew up with the Krasinskis, they’re a very nice family.
just googled that story......how Stanley lost his first wife and met Felicity at John and Emily's wedding....now they have a baby together. Nice.
