I know. I read the statement and I was like so what’s the issue here? It’s so easy to get divorced now, especially in Hollywood.
I saw this coming though... they give me Chris Pratt/Anna Faris vibes where his career took off and she was left behind.

it's stupid! they look stupid. nobody believes that ish statement and i don't know why they go to such lengths to make it seem like they still love each other so much and are still besties - but don't want to be married to each other any longer! When there are kids involved, I can appreciate the need to word a statement in a way that is respectful, and is the public announcement equivalent of telling the kids "this is not about you, we both love you very very much". But even at that, they're laying it on a bit thick with the claims in that announcement. A couple that was that tight wouldn't divorce!
I didn't see this coming, she seemed happy and recently posted a throwback video about them on her channel. The statement leans a bit juvenile imo, I get high school vibes from the wording, like two high schoolers are breaking up and announcing it. Oh well... they'll move on to other people soon enough.
