Chanel store credit in Holts only?

Hello TPFers!

I have a chanel boutique store credit located in a Holt Renfrew here in Vancouver.

Does anyone know if it can be used in free-standing stores? If it's only limited to Canadian stores?

Does anyone have SA info for Holts in Calgary or Edmonton and if they would ship? I've been trying to find a bag for ages but the Vancouver location is unhelpful.

What does the credit say? If it's stamped on Holts paper/receipt then it's only good at Holts.
I assume it's a Holts receipt (?)

I have returned an item that I purchased at Holts at the free standing boutique and I was told that the credit is good for holts chanel and boutiques.
