I just spoke with an SA Iāve used previously, and they said they are not taking phone orders for the first week this season, and itās supposed to launch the 25th. Does anyone know if this varies from boutique to boutique or is this the general rule?

As far as I know, no distance orders for the first week has been standard for a while now, even with department stores too. Not sure if that would also apply to preorders or VIPs but in general that's been the norm.
Does anybody know if the Kelly will come in black? Because in the Fabulous Irene video, thereās an image of the Kelly in black

It would be really nice to have a fair shot at the Kelly in black. From what I could tell they went to VIP only but so many ended up on resale sites - it was disappointing. Obviously non VIP can be resellers too. I just know I would use the heck out of that bag.
I think itās kinda lame that theyāre able to reserve this style when they already had the opportunity to reserve it for its first launchā¦.. i used to be a die hard chanel buyer (i was always able to place special orders that were included in the storeās buy based on my relationship) but this rtw client vip thing isnāt it š
