Depends on the fit you want. I am a 34/36 and I have this in 36 and it’s fitted to the body but not tight which is the fit I wanted and how it’s supposed to fit. I tried 38 and it was loose and straight cut like a traditional cardigan.
What is the name of this bag? Did you get it here or in Paris? I have the black classic handbag and am looking to get another one here in NYC or when I go back to Paris. I was thinking about the pink tweed until I saw yours. Yours is absolutely beautiful. Thank you!!

I only use it gently as an occasional/event bag, but it’s doing great. I wouldn’t wear it with jeans or dark fabrics to prevent color transfer.
Hi FutureDent, I’m on this thread because I’m thinking of buying this bag and wanted to see more pics/what original retail was. Does this bag have a pearly finish or does it just photograph that way?

It's another remote order from a year-plus old collection! I didn't have enough money to treat myself back around my birthday in mid-March (and the covid struck again!) So I got this as a belated gift. I was planning to buy the butterfly lady dior, but my Dior SA wasn't answering my texts (she was on vacation, I bare no ill will because I wouldn't want to answer work related texts on my vacation either) and my Chanel SA sent a photo of this when I asked about purple bags in my price range that were available for order. My sense of "one or both brands will probably raise prices any day now, buy what you can RIGHT NOW" kicked in and told my Chanel SA to order it. I feel bad about not getting the Lady, especially because my Dior SA is so sweet and it's been a while since I bought anything from her, but I did want this bag anyway so it's not like I could go wrong with either choice.
