Does anyone know if other colors will be available for the flap card holder for this collection? The only colors I see on page 4 of this thread is a green one (I think) it looks green or could be blue green and a black one, too. I would like to get a flap card holder from this collection if I can.

As I am new to Chanel, are flap card holders or wallets for that matter offered in same variety of colors as the seasonal bags for such collection?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!
I have a similar question. I want a large zip around wallet but I'm not sure if wallets come out in same colors as bags or how it works.
 
This thread is so quiet. The collection is releasing in almost a month and no additional pics, including more jewelry, shoes, etc. Is it just me who is wondering :confused1:

I'm hoping that this launch will be a quiet one so I don't have to line up outside in the freezing sub-zero cold on launch day haha. I anticipate that 22s will be a big one so I'm hoping this isn't a good launch so i can save my pennies for that one.
 
Hi so after trying to contact my SA she finally responded and said that when she’s not actually in the store she has limited access to texts, calls, and emails… is that a thing?

Errr Wouldn’t that be called a day off? I Think SA’s are allowed to have days off from our incessant ridiculous constant hounding hahaha. At this time of year especially I purposely don’t ask questions because I know they are so busy in the stores, I don’t want to be a burden to them.

I get people have days off, but what I’m trying to say is that it’s taking weeks to get a response. Weeks. Is that normal?

Yeah weeks is not normal typically. I usually wait for a week and then call the store to find out what is going on. Usually they will tell me if my SA is on an extended vacation. If happened only once for me in summer. She probably took a long vacation.

That’s a nice way to put it haha! I am just eyeing the silver bag from this collection and wanted to see some earrings.

My SA replies even when she is on maternity leave. She even got me the 21K Caramel19 brown while on leave. She only told me she was on leave when I said Ill visit her on the store (since I was buying remotely). My other SA advised me he will be on leave for a couple of weeks.

You got a good one. I have 2 that I’ve been trying to work with the first one never responded at all. The second one takes weeks to and it’s not like a one time thing either. It’s been going on for months. Even if I call the boutique I can’t get through it rings and there’s a automated messages and it cuts off. I just want to work with one good person and not hop around, but with no one responding I have no idea what to do.

Have you tried emailing customer service? You can email them indicating that you are looking for a particular piece from the 22P collection and would like to be in contact with an advisor. They should reply to you and assign you to an SA and that SA should contact you.
