Hi so after trying to contact my SA she finally responded and said that when she’s not actually in the store she has limited access to texts, calls, and emails… is that a thing?
MY SA doesn't take her work phone home. I've worked with her for many, many years. If I don't hear back from her quickly (because she's usually super responsive then I know she's not working.
 
Yeah weeks is not normal typically. I usually wait for a week and then call the store to find out what is going on. Usually they will tell me if my SA is on an extended vacation. If happened only once for me in summer. She probably took a long vacation.
You're actually able to call the store direct? When I've tried, the call goes to a customer service specialist at some other location who fields my call, and sends a message to the boutique. Lucky you!

It’s a small department store. I only had to call once when I didn’t hear from my SA for 1 week. I heard customer service at small department stores is typically better than stand alones.
