I purchased the new iridescent green CF in the medium size last weekend at the Boston Boutique. Originally I wanted a jumbo or maxi CF but I feel in love with the color of the medium. Does anyone have thoughts on what colors the Jumbo comes in? Is it worth holding out for a color as amazing as the iridescent green?
FedEx arrived early this morning but I got busy…. Ok after carefully inspected, I love the shiny and durable caviar! Love the shape. It’s so chic! And it’s just like a handbag with the backpack straps. The chains have some weight to it but they are not that heavy so it can be managed. There’s an inner back compartment that I can put my iPhone Pro Max and still able to lock the bag. That’s a plus cuz I don’t need to open the zipper to put the phone in and out. However, the zipper is a bit hard to pull and there’s nothing to grasp and pull unless I have to hold on to one side of the bag in order to pull the zipper. I’m afraid that it will cause more creases over the time. Also, not sure if my left should is ‘defective’ or what, the strap kept slipping off my shoulder. So those are the 2 cons that I found for me. For the zipper, I can try to leave it open and only pull up on the sides of the bag but not to close it completely so that I don’t have to pull it many times while wearing. But not sure what I can do about the strap slipping off. I think I’ll have to try wearing it more at home and see if I can live with it.Thank you!!! So excited for you as well!!!

Oh I didnt know about the inner back compartment until now. It’s huge plus for me. Great to hear you love the leather and the style. I hope the strap issue somehow will go away. It’s such a bummer. I don’t really use my Chanel bags, probably not daily bag, but I want to get some good use out of it. I would probably spray it to protect if form colour transfer. Still debating …hard choice. So pretty but not sure I “need” it.Do you plan to use it every day? I would be concerned about the wear and tear, color transfer especially on such a light lambskin color. But if you love it, go for it!

In terms of the strap, I wouldn’t say that’s a defect. I think it comes down to shape of your shoulder. Mine stays on totally fine. My zipper isn’t extremely smooth but it’s not horribly stiff, and I plan to only partly zip most of the time. The shape of the bag doesn’t make it easy for things to roll out, so I think it would be fine as long as the flap is locked. I love!!!Many seem to be in pink/white pastel mood. If this is the true color, I think it's a better choice than tiffany blue or grey because it has blue/grey tones nicely combined. Thanks, Nat.

My zipper isn’t really smooth either, but I don’t plan on zipping it every time. I think using the outer lock is good enough for me. If I am traveling, then I’ll definitely use the zipper. Yeah the inner back compartment (or slip pocket) is kinda convenient for traveling too. I was able to put in 2 passports without the holder and my phone in there. Or I can put 2 passports within one LV passport holder.I didn’t realize there’s a slip pocket in the back!
I cannot believe this WOC is nearly $4K!! I mean…I’m so confused, lol. That’s literally more than a mini flap two or three years ago. So crazy. Ohhh wait you said CAD, that makes so sense. But still nuts how much the WOC’s are.
