Yup I agree with your SA. The color is hard to capture but it’s a true red, I don’t see any orange undertone at all.

21C is more beige-ish pink. Lambskin is true baby pink vs caviar has really slight tinge of lilac, but still very baby pink. Definitely a true baby pink compared to 21S based off of @M00 's comparison pictures!

IRL it is more baby blue as in the first picture. Depending on the lighting it may look a little gray but it isn’t.

Omg I just passed on this same bag at my local Chanel. I bought a black woc with the ccs on the strap instead that came out in this season. Figured black will go with everything and I didn’t need 2 wocs but I love that color. This is mine hehe.

Side note for anyone that’s curious. When I compared this limited edition woc to the classic woc I noticed some differences: the limited edition one has a shorter chain length so sits higher on body, caviar is more matte and less puffy feeling and a bit softer, the zipper pull is in plastic/leather not metal, Lining of the bag matches the exterior, and the strap is connected to the bag in a different way, hardware is light gold not a strong yellow gold, CC logo is bigger at the front.
I ended up exchanging my classic black woc for this one and I have no regrets.View attachment 5311213

Finally decided to purchase my first Chanel, so I went to the Honolulu boutique about 2 weeks ago and found this black caviar wallet on chain with cc logo on the chain and light gold hardware. Was going in for a classic mini flap but of course those are hard to come by....but I found this and totally fell in love with it. I think this WOC is better than the classic WOC since this batch of leather feels a lot more sturdier. Features black interior lining, plastic zipper, and shorter chain length (perfect for me since I'm petite).
Unfortunately the first day I used it, I noticed a loose stitching on the back smile pocket, so I sent in for a complimentary stitching repair after using it once. Now...time to wait for 4 to 6 weeks

I’m petite too and it’s great to know that the length is shorter for this! May I know your height and where the bag sits on your frame? Thanks in advance!
