P.S. I really hope I’ll like it in person just like how I love the 21S white caviar mini top handle! I didn’t like the top handle at all until I got the bag in my hands!

Hi I have a question about Chanel stand alone boutique returns! Received this 22P beauty but the chain is kind of long on me. Thinking of returning but is it pretty easy to return by mail (only Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus Chanel near me) and do SAs get upset?

Hi Nat!! Have you heard from all boutiques that buying a bag under your husband’s account would work for the limits? I have heard it’s per household when I asked and I’m wondering how consistent that rule is.

Well I’m not sure as I don’t do this so often so no idea. My hubby is not too happy when I use his name for something not his. I guess it may also depend on the SA if he/she knows you well enough?

You should be returning to the same SA that sold you the bag so they can try to sell the bag to another client of theirs. All locations will let you send the bag back for a refund as long as it’s within the return period and the bag is in the same condition you received it. A good SA won’t mind (or at least won’t tell you they are upset) but they might not be as helpful moving forward since they might think you will return a bag again and waste their time.

i would keep checking. A lot of people want minis because of the price point and the ability to cross body them, but since the minis aren’t adjustable they have a long drop length. Some people end up returning minis they didn’t try on in person when they see how long they hang down on shorter women.
