Hi yes i am on reserve for the 22p rectangular mini caramel. I was 50/50 on what to get though, that or the heart bag. I decided to get the caramel and smaller/mini heart instead

My SA. I remember i posted and asked back in 21k about it. But the message was more of reserves are only for hand bags and rtw.. not slgs. But more of in the lines of its not as secure as before. So im not so sure if it’s a new policy for Chanel or the boutique Now more likely will be allocating or managers deciding who a bag can go to. But what i am confused of is that i was allowed by the boutique to get two bags from 22p… coz I changed my reserve last minute and wanted to get two bags. I wonder how they lift these policies and how they decide. By the way i am not a big client or anything. Just totally confused how these policies really go

Hello, from my experience. It's really great n helpful if you have relationship with SA. Probably they still dont have the book yet for coming season. Hope you find your dream bag!!

Hi! I need help. Does anyone know does Chanel allow split payment (using two cards)? My daily limit on my cards don’t reach the amount to cover the bag I have on preorder, so I wanted to put them on two. Alternatively when they call for payment for the preorder do they charge you the full amount and is it on that day? (I can raise my daily limit if I contact my bank, but it’s for a limited time). Or alternatively do they allow you to use a family members credit card? My dad offered to let me put the purchase on his. He also has a Chanel account so if they can’t do they is it possible to switch the preorder to his name? Sorry if any of this is unclear. I would just appreciate any feedback & advice on what to do that I can get. Thanks!!
