I am not a VIP and I managed to get the small heart bag in black in Paris. My SA is on a sick leave so I had to contact another SA from the store I usually shop and he initially said I am on a waiting list and it would be impossible to get. Next thing I know he messaged me that he has it for me. I feel very lucky!

The caramel minis are coming. So does small and medium cf. The one she had in the picture is the small. Beautiful isn’t it! I’m on reserve for a medium. Can’t wait!!!

Saks Sa just confirmed those heart bags are for the VIP clients this location only received two and she mentioned that Chanel cut back on the total number of bags that was supposed to be shipped out to retailers. This might probably be why customers was bumped off lists or lost their spot on a list. She sent me a live picture of the heart bag in black and
a ridiculous insane price of a heart bag from the 90's. You have to laugh.

I heard the same thing from a Nordstrom SA. Per Chanel, the only heart bags they are receiving have to go to VIP only.
