Anyone else get screwed on the heart bag?!? I was promised one for awhile, and then I got the “we need to talk” text a few days ago. What complete crap! I’m so mad. This heart bag situation and this next price increase that’s just around the corner are the last straw for me. I’m going to try getting a WOC in a bright color and one last mini before increase, then I’m done with bags. Not worth it anymore

I feel like I’m getting screwed on the heart bag as well. I texted my sa as soon as I saw the runway show…she even asked what color I would want when she did the buy for the store. Now she is saying if she is able to get her hands on one, she will let me know. So frustrating. I was so excited to get this bag
Yes, I know close to 10 ladies including myself that have been screwed our of hearts & or carmel minis.
In the the resellers thread the large black heart was being sold for almost 10k usd!
There seems to be a theme in this thread over these heart bags. I have never seen so many fonts being told close to launch that there's no guarantees or all of a sudden some fonts are bumped out of their spot on a reserve list. I have a serious issue when the Sa confirms to the customer months before the launch that they are on the list. My question is what is Chanel doing about ps and resellers purchasing multiple items launch, after launch? What is the purpose of limits and it's not being enforced equally?
