I just want to share my purchases from 21S:
M/l CF and WOC in light pink. I absolutely adore this color and so happy to be able to add them to my collection.

Concur with the above but if you can't find another, it's not THAT bad - feel like people have posted much worse defects from 21S.
i would return it or try to exchange for another piece. The colour looks so lovely and it’s such a shame to have to return it! It looks really good on you. Do you mind sharing the code for your bag? Is the colour code nc026?
This is a personal decision. FWIW, I LOVE LOVE chevron bags, and have 8 Chanel chevron bags, some reissues and some classic flaps. This is a gorgeous bag, I got a 21s white chevron classic flap! I would keep this bag and not exchange, to me it's not so exaggerated that it's hold me back from enjoying it...however, you shouldn't keep it if you have any reservations. The bags are really too much to have second thoughts. I find when I am on the fence after getting a bag, and not anxious to wear it, I generally regret it later. Chevron Chanel bags are harder to come by, but if you'd be just as happy with quilted, then you can probably find a beige this season or another upcoming season. The beige claire doesn't seem as yellow this season and those still seem to be around. Let us know what you decide!
First off, beautiful bag! I think maybe the flap might need to be trained to sit straighter? But the popped stitch in the front sounds like a return (or exchange) for me. Personally, I find when I settle I somewhat regret it later. But it’s up to you as I know another one may not pop up for weeks or months >.<

DO you have suggestions as to how to "train" the flap to sit straighter? I feel like it might work but not sure how to go about it!!

I am usually very picky when it comes to any kind of purchase and I used to check everything carefully, still do.
Don‘t get me wrong: these bags cost money and I don‘t want to pay for anything that‘s really damaged.
But I realized a while back that NOTHING on this earth is perfect. I am not perfect... I have wrinkles and grey hair and scars and so on. Why do I expect my car to be perfect? My new pair of shoes? Or my new Chanel bag?
You just have to look long enough and you will find flaws and imperfection wherever you look. None of my Chanel bags is perfect in the sense of ‚without the tiniest flaw‘. I guess nothing I own is...
But my bags are perfect to me. So if you have searched for this bag, it is the color and style you want and it makes you happy. Go for it. Keep It. Rock that bag!

I think I will try to exchange it and if I cannot find another bag with less flaws I will keep and enjoy it. Sending you all angels gratitude, light, and positivity
I just have a comment about the 21p/s collections. When I get on reserve for a hot bag at my local stand alone boutique and it comes in, there is just the one lone piece. So even if there is an imperfection, there is no option to exchange (my SA says the buy is done so no other pieces will come in). I either take that one or make piece that I won’t get it at all. Also, this means there is no comparing two of the same item to pick the version you like. How are y’all able to exchange or ‘“pick the best piece”? Is my local boutique an anomaly?
Often times, shipments come in quite sporadically. This makes it rather challenging to shop Chanel especially if it is a bag that you want and there are 'flaws' on the bag. You either decide to buy and accept it or the next customer will purchase the item. If you are based in the States, at least there is a full refund and in other countries, it is just a store credit. I find it nerve racking every time I shop at Chanel and my SA has secured the bag and there is a noticeable flaw. If I don't buy from her, she will lose out on her commission and the other SAs will sell to their dedicated customers. Because there is only 1 in stock at the time, you can't really compare for a better one. Now that there are even more Chanel shoppers, the inventory level for Chanel bags are even lower now than several years ago.
