Welcome to the Canadian experience. Most people I know have had to source items elsewhere and that means sometimes paying a premium (ie personal shoppers)

At least you have 3 stores. I only have 1 in my city

Wait you were able to order a dark beige small 19??

When I asked about dark beige, my SA (from Neiman Marcus) basically said Chanel wasn’t doing dark beige in the small 19. I got a light beige one a few days ago, but now I’m wondering if I should return it and try for a dark beige at the local boutique. I don’t have an SA there yet since I’m fairly new and have only bought from NM Chanel, but I guess I should find one!

Yes, there is a dark beige coming in the small 19! The light beige is one of my favorites also though.

WOW that's just horrible. It's not like they don't know what collection is launching when. My mom's SA actually sent her a picture of the gold one two days ago which means they have received the collections and are sorting through. Denying 21S all together is just appalling :annoyed:

If Canadian customs weren't so high, I'd be using personal shoppers too. I just can't justify being hit with charges 20-30% of the price. Chanel Canada makes you feel like you're buying a bag of potatoes sometimes. Like I have money, take it and give me the item I want. Instead they make us beg and yearn for something and then act like they're doing us a favour by allowing us to spend money at their stores. Luxury shopping in Dubai is completely different, you get treated right. Chanel there literally gives you branded chocolates and drinks while you wait for your stuff to be packaged up. I had a bad experience at one store in Dubai once (the SA was being racist) and they literally sent a chocolate tower to my home there to apologize. Chanel Canada would send you coal :giggle:

There's nothing you can really do but take your money and spend it at another brand. The biggest message you can send is not to spend a loonie at Chanel.

Oh no... really a total mess :wtf: Crossing fingers that everything will arrive soon! But in Germany the collection is also coming in only bit by bit, although it was already officially launched
