That what she told me.So I called my local store just to check in and the SA who answered said the collection comes out on march 12th and it's first come first serve. Hmmm odd since my mom called last week and another SA literally put her name down in the list and said it would come out on March 10th but if they do the lottery before hand she would be informed. The SA today literally not only gave me false info but if I didn't already know the March 10th release date, I would have called two days later and obviously missed out on EVERYTHING
I don't get it, why do they lie like this? Chanel Canada is truly the worst, I've never had good experiences with any SA here. She didn't even want the reference number, didn't ask for my name, nothing. Not even remotely interested in helping me and just wanted to get off the phone 30 seconds into the call. Some SA's play nasty games....
Yikes, what store was this? I just hope one of the SAs from the stores my mom and I called last week are able to get the bag I wanted. I feel like the past few months have just been really disappointing to me. I used to have such amazing experiences at the UAE Chanel stores and feel like the Canadian ones are just impossible to buy anything from. Every single bag, jewelry piece, SLG and headwear item that I've wanted from Chanel this past year have just been let downs since I set my heart to one and am never able to find them.I was concerned about it since I prefer shiny caviar. It’s close to matte caviar, but it has a little bit sheen to it. For Scale 1 (matte) to 5 (shiny), I would rate it 2 or 3. If you have some previous collections, I would rate the 20C ivory caviar 5, the 21P pink caviar 4, and the 19B white caviar 1.
