That's the funny thing, these are actually really old rules but they were never implemented!! But the recent overflow of resellers just pushed them to going back to their rulesExtremely confusing! I think with any business, it takes time for new rules to be completely understood and implemented. Its a strange system to me, that completely ruins the experience. I will go months without wanting a bag, I’m really picky. But if there is a particular season that has more than one “wish list” bags, I have to choose one.

glad I dont actually like the iridescent white as much as I did from the stock photos on chanel website. The hardware is too light gold for me it looks silver and im not a fan of silver hardware. You saved me a ton of money
Yes, It's definitely the same light gold hw that Chanel has been using for a while now

Yes, that’s exactly what I was told... An old rule. But because it was never enforced they never even made us aware of it. It’s funny, a lot of advisers and stylists I had spoken to, were just as confused when they stared to enforce. Some said it used to be 5 bags, others it was always two....? I’m pretty sure it was always two bags, right? I think the strong enforcement has just caught us all off guard, customers and employees alike.

I was told one bag, not just one classic flap. I think time will tell. When I go to make a second purchase, that will be my answer. Managers can override. But these new rules are coming from upper level!
