Hi, I got my mini caramel last wk. I had issues with the chain kinking. I didn’t want to return it because I might not get a replacement so I’ll just deal with it. Just annoying that it’s not in perfect condition.

OMG as upsetting as it is hearing this, I am so happy that it was not only my mini rect doing this!!! I literally straighten the chain out and it kinks again...so annoying!!!

No problem at all love the bag too ! Looks like the vintage caviar square mini!
But i was told it would not fit bigger phones, unsure yet to try

Yeah. I don’t know if I should swing by NM or Chanel to get it fixed.
Lmk what you’re going to do with urs. I fixed mines couple of times already but it’s too stubborn!

So sorry I just saw this! This was through the Vancouver boutique. It was for a 21C item that has yet to arrive, so technically the collection had already launched by the time I paid for it.

Please HELP! Has anyone of you have any news or insights about the 21P collection in caramel color bags that was ordered from Saks? Have you received your bag/order? I made a deposit in early January and I was charged in full price already. But as of now, I haven’t heard anything and it has been over a month.
