I saw that too.

Best we can do is to report these resellers to Instagram. Instagram has been purging a lot of these Instagram resellers which is good.

Has anyone reported these resellers to Chanel boutique managers / execs (complete with their names, Instagram handles and websites) yet? Maybe that way we can get these resellers banned from hoarding bags lol.
What i cannot understand is how can she call this as registered business!? What is her business type!? If Chanel does not allow resale how can resellers run a business!? Is it not illegal !?

If she has an official business and a registered LLC or something Chanel should look into suing. Chanel says when you buy a bag it can’t be for immediate resale. She is knowingly buying and purchasing bags that she knows go against the merchant’s buying conditions thus facilitating a breach of their terms of business maybe? Idk, their lawyers could at least try to argue a few cases and run up some legal fees. They should try with all resellers. Maybe they can argue business interference or something.

Hi, I got my mini caramel last wk. I had issues with the chain kinking. I didn’t want to return it because I might not get a replacement so I’ll just deal with it. Just annoying that it’s not in perfect condition.
I saw on IG that at least 2 others had the same chain kinking issue (& they also had issues w the leather part of the strap separating more than normal, creating a bigger gap at times from the chain) w the new caramel mini, so it's not just you.
