I hope this is true and I hope every reseller on Instagram knows which greedy hypocrite ruined it for them!

What I will say is that a real personal shopper would charge a straight fee for everything ie 5% of retail same that a realtor gets or something. I can live with that. Resellers have no integrity and just shoot up the prices arbitrarily. That I have no respect for and will report their serial codes to Chanel so they get banned. I can respect someone who helps source for a flat fee. There’s a company actually that does that I just forget it’s name. But for arbitrary skyrocketed fees? Absolutely not and that’s where the outrage comes from and that’s why they’re about to get wrapped up
Exactly. The greedy ones ruined it. I personally would pay a couple hundred over retail if something was hard to find or my dream bag etc. but what some ppl have been doing has caused absolute outrage.
A couple of them have created backup Instagram accounts. mireyna started a website via Shopify to sell. Guessing the personal shoppers and resellers will be moving off Instagram and onto websites going forward.

I guess my concern is that personal shoppers will clog up the reserve lists all the same so that people who choose to go the traditional route still have to fight for space on those list. In the meantime personal shoppers can find customers to take a spot they “held” up.
That’s too bad Bc from what I’ve heard she doesn’t mark up her bags. Hopefully they get the people who have been marking up bags to crazy prices and laughing about “he he there’s a premium” etc

Good! One in Australia wrote this morning "I"m so sick of posting rose clair and caramel so here are 2 lovely been off to repeat clients recently". If you're so sick of it then leave them for those who really want them and can't get them!!!!!

These resellers are sooo rude as if they are selling bags for half the price of retail, they think buyers as dirt ! The other day i saw @luxbuntoutou post such nasty comments on her insta. Sooo many swearing words. I reported her but ofcourse insta does not care if i report. Chanel should do something about these resellers. Selling preloved is a different story but buying in bulk and selling for a premium is another. These sellers dont even have a real job but think they can swear

Can u tell who is this reseller?? I’m based in australia and have seriously been looking for the caramel mini. Chanel keep saying they don’t have stock and yet all these resellers being able to “secure” how many bags etc is very frustrating!!!
Yes, she’s very rude. I asked for a quote and she replied back with a ridiculous price plus “hahaha” and a laughing emoji
