I have seen people start getting the mini caramel mini from store. However, some stores I inquire they said it won't come until later in March or April because it is Spring Act II. Is this really true? (in the US) Thanks!

My SA said there is a dark brown for SS2. I have seen a picture of the shade and it looks like chocolate brown.

These resellers are infuriating me!!! People are always trying to take advantage of things.
