For anyone interested in this loafer, I found it ran half size large. My SA sent me a half size smaller, and it fit perfect.
I have consistently been a size 38 in Chanel (e.g. flats, sandals, boots, etc). However, for this shoe, I am keeping the size 37.5 and sending back the 38.
Just FYI to share.
