I’m normally a 5.5 US but a 5 in the Leather Chanel Espadrilles and 5.5 in Gucci Espadrilles. These are not available for me to try at local boutiques and I’m looking to order the black one from overseas from a personal shopper. Does anyone own this and can you tell me how the sizing runs please? Big/small/narrow/wide? What are these called? Thank you so much!

Hello, I have them in pink and purchased a 40.5......I range from 40-41 in Chanel, I take a 41 in Espadrilles but only have fabric Espadrilles and usually take a 40.5 in flats and usually take a 41 in heels. Not sure I’m being helpful but since they are a sock sneaker they are very comfortable and forgiving as they are not really structured.

I recently bought my first pair of ballet flats but I still haven’t worn them yet due to a lot of people recommending to get the resoled first. Unfortunately, I don’t trust any of the cobblers around me so I’m not sure what I should do! Is it a must to resole before wearing??

You don't get them resoled. The cobbler applies a thin rubber sole over the original sole (I forget the name but it's very popular in the Louboutin forum). I do this with all my shoes. I hate the look of wear/wearing down of heels on my shoes and this protects them.
