For those of you who are too young to remember body suits we should warn you about several things: visible panty lines, cumbersome trips to the ladies room and frequent wedgies. Not sure if that is a universal term so you gals in Europe might have to look in urban dictionary. I hope they are having a brief moment and fade back into obscurity.

Wedgies oh no! Yes and the bathroom situation haha.

haha! Yes, I remember all of that. It is right up there with my jumpsuit that I loved, but zipped up the back! As for the panty line issue, I have some that were made with thong bottoms so that didn't happen. The store were I bought them had an in-house seamstress and she did the conversions.

I think bodysuit

This jacket is kinda similar to the one in the jacket thread. It was a 38 and tight for my shoulders. It's leather and tweed and sequins. Quite cute.

Your Gucci bomber looks so cute! :)

This is why I've never been able to willingly buy a body suit... or a romper, for that matter. Too many memories as a kid of being half naked in the bathroom and being worried the door wasn't fully locked. :O

I love body suits
The best are Wolford and Fogal of Switzerland
Bodysuits offer a nice clean smooth line under suits and extend the season life of shift dresses
Bodysuits snap at the crotch for bathroom breaks - no problems at all.
Honestly for travel bodysuits are a life saver

Love the diversity of views here - always something to think about! It says something about your persuasive powers, TT, that this made me think "Wolford, hmm," instead of "I hate those garments," which would be my natural reaction . . .

Body suits in action
I consider them a clean canvas on which to place clothes
I love the sleek smooth feeling of the bodysuit fabric
