The brown/gold chinoiserie top was a surprise, had expected it to be too much/ageing but love it on and that it’s representative of this collection as it was inspired by one of the coromandel screens of Coco.

I agree! Would work for a very few like me cos I have a very high waist and my torso is short. Along with the rest of me. 🤣

I tried it and it was awful on me. Actually many of the jackets in this collection didn’t work on my frame. I love cropped but the shoulders on almost every jacket were boxy and exaggerated and sizing was big. Sizing down didn’t help much. For reference I’m 172cm narrow shoulders and take 34/36 for jackets. The best fitting was the one that @ClassicTwist looks gorgeous in. The shoulders and cut of this jacket was the best overall from the selection I tried on.

Thanks so much for your input. Apparently my SA could only get a 38 for me to try on tomorrow so I don’t think that will work since i’m a 36 normally. Oh well :/

I own a few and I’m not worried to wear them. I’m careful with my clothes but I also feel like they are meant to be worn and enjoyed. Nothing at all so far in terms of damage or stains. Chanel are really good about fixing pulls so I just take in into the boutique if there is a pull in the tweed and they fix it while I wait
