Exactly!

Thank you Snowball! Yes that lesage coat is top quality and a price to match, although it’s becoming common these days. They still had the Metier D’art jackets.

You are too kind Tasha, thank you!

It’s a light weight tweed, a bit longer style, but not as long as the black asymmetric one. It’s a longer blazer. Slightly fitted shape. Very nice, I was surprised, as it looks more oversized, but it’s not.
Beautiful as usual ari! The greige blazer has my interest too. Do you by any chance remember what the buttons looked like? I’m thinking they were non logo, but jeweled however I can’t recall.

This collection is very tempting and dangerous for me! Every jacket fit perfectly! To make things worse they still have the Metier D’art coat.
I bought the pink jacket, the gray pants- so rare for Chanel to make pants from fine wool, and the cardigan.
The long jackets are beautiful on. The button issue is still bothering me.
The little black top was nice, so I got it.
This greige blazer is amazing on, very flattering shape. I couldn’t take a picture as I tried it when I was going out. I’m thinking about it, most probably will get it. The lesage jacket is nice too. I didn’t try the KS jacket..
Everything looks amazing! do you happen to have details of the greige blazer?

I just got my dove cardigan today! I can’t take pictures because the lighting in my room is awful but I love it! It is true that it is a bit itchy which is surprising because none of my other Chanel cardigans itch. But it is so beautiful that I have decided to deal with it! Maybe will post daylight pictures when I find something to style it with

Assortment of random items/try on today. Observations:
1) Light pink from pre-fall is gorgeous, as you ladies observed. And, as you observed, the tinsel took me by surprise - felt kind of "festive", maybe too festive for everyday? but the shape, shade of pink, and overall fit were incredible.
2) Gray short coat - was one size too large for me (I'm a 38 and only 40 left) but I actually loved the oversized fit. The tailor said the shoulders and fit can be easily adjusted. I love the subtle shimmer in the gray and the fact the hood is removable, kind of like having 2 in 1.
3) Black denim with zipper at the ankle - fit was surprisingly nicely! not too high rise, stretchy yet holds you in in all the necessary places, if you know what I mean I was very tempted but only deterrent was the care label - because this is actually white denim dyed black, the care level stated color transfer was likely and not to wear with any light colors... 50%+ of my tops are white shirts, not sure how well I can manage with a high maintenance pair of denim
4) White top was incredible! Same one @ClassicTwist looks fabulous in. The buttons are hidden but are mother of pearl and are so lovely. I wonder if you can wear the top both ways, with the buttons at the back as intended and in the front (I didn't try in on this way because I only thought of it on my way out)
4) Skirt from cruise collection (they didn't have the matching jacket) - very nice but fit wasn't right on me. I'm sure this could be easily altered but without the matching jacket, there wasn't much wow.
5) White and black cardigans - both lovely! I liked the fit of the shorter one but wished it came in black (Does it? does anyone know?)
6) Pink jacket from the metiers collection stole my whole heart. My color palette is mainly black, white, and all shades of gray but this jacket was something else. I totally get what all the fuss is about

Thanks for letting me share!

I thought this jacket was interesting. Almost like a pea coat. I didn’t take it.

Thanks for sharing this pic! Even though you didn’t get it, it does look lovely on you. The fit is flattering but looks like it may be too long for me, may I ask how tall you are? I was interested in this jacket along with the greige blazer, but this black one does strike me as more of a coat and I’m looking for more of a jacket/blazer.

Everything looks fantastic! I hope you got the pink jacket and the white cardigan because those pieces on you really stood out to me:smile:

I saw this on my way out and it wasn't my size so I didn't try. I agree with you that it's almost like a short pea coat. It's a lovely tweed. This jacket interestingly has chain on it, so I was surprised that the more "jacket" looking jackets don't have chains and the more "coat" looking jackets have chains. I'm sure there are reasons, so if anyone knows the answer please do share with this nerd ;)

What a decision! You looked amazing in everything.

Omg they all look good on you! Pink also!

The coat is simply stunning and the fit amazing. I had not seen it and i think I prefer it to the jacket. Thank you for the photos!
Thank you Hanash. I have the same style in short jacket in a different weed. It's a nice and feminine shape on me. The pockets are flattering on someone who is flat-chested
I agree that it has a different look from the jacket in this material. Because of the buttons, there is only one trim exposed, hence less golden, It's also a more feminine line.

I'm 5'4" when I put the jacket against myself in front of a mirror, it was definitely a "coat" look.

The new cruise reminds me so much of one that I have from many years ago
Yes GK. I think it's a very classic shape remade with lesage tweed. I suppose you can wear pink or green Tshirts/dresses under to bring more color out.
Your jacket however has buttons. I wish this Lesage has buttons too.
It's a very nice jacket, but somehow it doesn't give me as much "wow" as my Metiers coat...I'm still debating TBH.
