I just tried a few things today but only one thing really stood out to me. Didn’t take pix of everything because it was mostly pullovers and the lounge wear/sweats style pants and I just wanted to see if they were comfy or not. The pilling type material pullover and pants were scratchy but the loose knit pink cashmere pullover with removeable cape and pants were super comfy in case anyone’s wondering. I was surprised by the metiers jacket especially once the seamstress showed me what it looked like without the shoulder pad so now I’m contemplating it.View attachment 5138724View attachment 5138725View attachment 5138726

Agreed. Last jacket is beautiful on you. You should get it. Was it true to size?

Thank you all! You’re all so kind!
Yes the jacket is true to size. The seamstress removed a shoulder pad to show me how it looks without the exaggerated shoulders and I decided to get it. Tbh I’m stunned I own such a beautiful piece but I’m also so excited!!

This excitement and joy is not to be taken lightly. I think many of us know when a jacket is the one to have. Wear it often and in the best of health. Congrats!

The jackets are great on you especially the fit on the peach and the colour stands out nicely. I would have gone for the Metiers too as the tweed is just gorgeous. At these prices, it has got to make your heart flutter and spark the CHF every single time as we say here. Congrats on the beautiful jacket and hope to see more action pics!

Missed out on the 20C chain cardigan as I was hoping for the purple but it was nowhere to be found. Fast forward 18 months later, SA had one in navy in my size that a VIP customer has finally decided to let go not being able to pick it up in person from a neighbouring country. Suffice to say, I was pleasantly surprised but the wallet was surely not. Thinking back, navy is probably a better pick for me as much as I adore purple and as lovely as the purple cardi is.
