I sent my drawstring bag off for repair and the CC was put on backwards. So it is gold instead of black with gold. The repair seemed fine otherwise. Does anyone have any idea of how to take the CC off and correct? It should look like pic 2. Would it bother you if your bag came back with the CC reversed? TIA

I think the lack of their ( the group responsible) attention to detail would bother me. I would ask them to fix it. Sorry I don’t know how to fix it. But with a high end item they need to own it and fix it.
