I've been trying to stay away from one more reissue, but seeing this one doesn't help. It's stunning, congrats!

I LOVE the reissue and really don't like the classic flap with the CCs, because logos really aren't my style. In fact, the reissue thread is the only chanel thread I follow because everything else has a CC logo! I wouldn't ever wear the classic because of the obvious logo - do you feel the same? If so, you should get a reissue.
Before swapping, I would carefully research about reissue quality over the years. Just because something is pre-owned doesn't mean it's worse than new. I think I've read that vintage chanel leather and hardware is much better than today's quality anyway! If you are going to swap a new and flawless bag for an older bag, make sure the trade is fair to you. It might be better to just sell your bag and get more money and buy a less expensive reissue.

Exactly what I wanted to say! The classic jumbo preloved in excellent-good condition your bag) is worth waaaaaaay more than preloved reissue. That’s why the consignment store is willing to swap you one for one!
Don’t do it.
Buy reissue preloved in better condition - sadly they don’t hold value as well as classic flaps so u can find a pretty good deal for a reissue.
If you really can’t have both then sell the jumbo yourself

. I probably won’t be able to use it extensively until I come back from vacation late July. General first impression is that it doesn’t weigh more than my 227 even though the dimensions are a little bigger. (This is the large size from the 12 series). For me, the zipper closure is more practical than the turnlock closure (and double flaps) of the 227. It is roomier than my 227 so I find it more practical since I carry a lot (lol). So I think this will be a practical bag for me.Thanks a lot !Thanks
