Would you mind sharing which NM you pre-ordered with. I have contacted my NM SA twice now regarding the 224 and she keeps telling me they don’t have the lookbook yet. I have been waiting for about 3 years for them to release a 224 and don’t want to miss it. Thanks

Hi! I got the waist bag in light pink. Its a cute bag to have as an extra in your collection. I dont think they are too similar. For every day black is the better option. If your getting both I would choose different colors. Good luck deciding!

Thanks everyone for your votes! I think 224 is my first choice too, just wasn't sure what to do about the waist bag. Maybe I'll find a non-Chanel for now until I can decide or wait for another dark neutral color.

@MarLie, would love to see your pink waist bag mod shots! Have you posted them anywhere?!

Anyone else can confirm about price? I heard black, beige, red and green.

I do NOT know the price, but I doubt it would be as low as $3500- the size 225 is $5600, so I would expect the 224 to be at least $5000 (unfortunately).

I have always thought 224 is at the same price point as small cf. Is it correct or not? I assume so because for sure 225 is the same price with m/l flap, 226 with jumbo and 227 with maxi flap.

There used to be a 228 which is an equivalent of the maxi. Chanel discontinued it years ago. Back then, 227 is the equivalent of the jumbo. Only a tad bit bigger.
