Has the price decrease since the new free trade agreement with Europe that started a few months ago?

I heard rumours of price decrease but there hasnt been any confirmation.

$3480? That is really cheap.
In US, some TPFs said it is $4300 for a Jumbo double flap and €3,110 in Paris.

There are two duty free Chanel shops at the incheon airport. One of them is by lotte and the other by shilla. When u enter the main hall after clearing immigration, it is to the left and right of you. In the city, you can go to the various duty free shops like lotte and shilla. There's Chanels at most of them. Else, you can go to a regular department store such as galleria and get a tax refund at the airport. I can't remember how much is the refund tho. I like Chanel shopping in Korea, as there's quite a bit of stuff u can get there that is not available in hk, Singapore or china. Prices at the airport are in usd. As with the duty free shops.
