Hi Aki_sato, just to let you know that mini coco rhw act II still SGD 4100 (non lizard), same price like Cruise 2017. But non lizard mini coco ghw SGD 4420 for act II. That's crazy to pay few hundreds more just for that aged ghw. ~~ Not real gold!! [emoji33][emoji85] lol

Dear aki_sato you are so sweet [emoji8][emoji8] Coco handle is the best seasonal piece in my opinion - classic with a twist and very sturdy & easy to use! Love love love this style!!

I'm plotting a 226 preferable black distressed calf chevron with gold hardware, but not sure when it will show up again [emoji24] With the price increase soon it will be as expensive as Hermes and if this happens I'll jump into the preloved market too. Reissue for some odd reasons don't hold the values as well as classic flap......

In general I think SA rumors about price increase timings are true barely 15-20% of the time and I am probably being generous. Secondly I once had a US SA stressing the benefits of buying from them aand how prices are always subject to increase...and I calmly explained to her the difference I had seen in prices having just returned from the UK. she didn't mention anything about a potential increase in the US after that.

Personally, I am not writing this to blame the SAs...they should be truthful but they also have a job to to do which is to sell. Many of them don't even follow currency fluctuations and their bosses probably give them minimal notice of an actual increase. It's much like real estate...buyers should do their research and buy when it works for them. Finally, I am still in the camp that believes the US will not see an increase until the dollar loses ground which may be a while.

A lot of luxury houses abroad are raising prices in euro zones against the strong dollar, for example I know VCA not too long ago I raised prices in the UK, And in the US dropped prices last week, so maybe they are just balancing out. I have no intel on any increases, just my thoughts.

That is indeed confusing so maybe no price increases in the US. Unsure about EUR - i managed to buy jumbo cheaper by £250 ($300) in Dublin vs London and I'm sure Chanel finance will not miss the opportunity to align the prices at some point (they never adjust them down in the UK)...
