Right on!!! Too bad b/k ain't as accessible as Chanel. I got my first h, a black Evelyn pm beg of May, a Lindy 30 in Gris T before June, then a gold b 30 in July. And I can't stop dreaming of having more b/k... I m totally hooked. I m happy and content with my current collection just feel bad for ladies that are still looking for one.

How much is the Birkin and Kelly in Canada? only about CAD12,250, i.e. only about USD9210?

It came out to $13,058 in total if I remember correctly. It's a real pain to get a B or K in Canada. We have only four stores in this massive country.

looks like the total price, including tax in Canada is less than the pretax price in the US! wow! I love your B & Ks! They are gorgeous!

I could imagine the number of people who would have jumped ship with these outrageous prices. You should have seen my face when I found out about the m/l price ...I was like "Karl, seriouisly...you have some unfinished business issues..let's not punish the beautiful ladies with these price increases..Geez. Thank you God I don't have any on my list to buy.


I have only one to add to my H collection and that is the beautiful gold you have. I'd take it in B or K. The color is tdf. You have beautiful pieces. Enjoy it in good health.

Thanks for the news, fally. This is most unfortunate because I've been wanting a mini for the longest and missed out on the lovely minis from this past season. Now we'll have to pay extra! Hoping for Saks to have a triple point event the time the minis are available.

Oh def. tally, hope you are able score a mini in a color that you love as well during the triple points event. I too was hoping that it would not be the case, I had also missed out on getting a mini prior to the last price increase back in May 2014. I cannot justify another mini at the new price, it's not fair on us in the U.S. Are we the only country that pays this much? Sadly for me this shall be the end of my Chanel habit. So sorry for the rant, tally, I am at a loss for words.:cry: This is a first for me. lol Hope you are having a fab day and weekend ahead. fally

At pre-tax prices, the m/l is still about USD300 cheaper in Canada after the price increase in Canada than it is currently in the US. It's ridiculous for US to have a price increase when prices here are already so much higher than elsewhere.

so funny! It really is astonishing how the prices have increased exponentially! I remember when you could buy a jumbo flap for about $2400!! It wasn't THAT long ago! I sound really old now.... goes and hides under bed, Ha!
