this is why i just move into H side...they also have increase but at least for the price i pay, i can get their best quality as all process by handmade.
oh well this increase games is endless and just insane..

I'd say 2.55 or m/l caviar

Took me a while to track one m/l caviar down!

Apparently a lot of Saks stores have it in stock but no store is giving theirs up so really need to talk to the right SA

Black old medium boy is very hard to find now cuz 15P are all chevron

But you can never go wrong with 2.55 or classic flap!

I am not considering other colors for now. Those are always cheaper in the second-hand market.

Ouch! The news hurt so bad. I'm on my withdrawing stage so I don't come here as often as I used to. Today is the first in more than half a year, I think. And this is the news waiting for me. I just can't make up my mind to buy any anymore. A couple years ago, I could get my jumbo for the price of 8" mini now. this is just insane!

This thread is pure insanity lol. Seems like we are all going a little Chanel crazy xD who can blame us though, we don't want to be "guillotined" by what seems to be a looming price increase and the discontinuation of classic pieces under 5k. Hopefully all of these horrible stories TPFers are hearing from SAs turn out to just be false rumors... I guess only time will tell

Where Chanel's definition is concerned, the true classics are only the classic flaps, s, m/l, jumbo, and maxi sizes, and the reissues 224, 225, 226, & 227. Cf m/ size and reissue 225 are already $4900. It's only $100 less than $5k. N if u add sales tax, it's already more than $5k now. cf small and reissue 224 are $4400 now, but they are seldom available anyway....

Thus, if the text meant no more classics below $5k, that's not a big deal. My concern is whether and when there will be a price increase, and the increase amount.

The GST's are officially discontinued. It really is what is left in the stores for customers to get their hands on. I HIGHLY doubt that Chanel would get rid of the WOC's. They are way too popular and they sell like crazy. At least I hope, I asked my associate to let me know when he gets a red caviar in😫😫😫

Price increase for the boys too? 😳😩 planning on getting my hands on one! Hope I can beat the price increase! I still do not know how to sell the idea to my DH to get me one, harder will be with another price increase! Can't get it now, planning on getting it for my 30th bday in april! Any suggestions on how to sell him the idea? He purchased a jumbo last year. He is not very fond of the idea that these bags are "investments". 🙈🙊😒

The boy bags have been going up in price every season already, and they will continue to increase every season cause they fly off the shelves.
