Could u post a pic of it when u are free? I am wondering if they are not sending it to the US, or is worldwide unavailable. If it is only the US, I can try getting it in Europe.

When the SA called to say the jumbo arrived she also made it clear that they only received a very few. I'm going to ask him many arrived and if they know when the price increase will happen. I'll be posting my experience tomorrow.

I've been trying to order some shoes and things from stores while I was sick and wow, it's like the run on the banks that led to the great depression! I don't know why but it seems everyone felt like they had to go and buy on Monday, then Tuesday etc through the week. Poor SA's have taken hours just to sell me some shoes!

I got a call yesterday from my SA that my Jumbo has arrived (around 0700pm), i dropped my phone and speed to the Chanel Boutique (I live 1.5 hours away with traffic) and made it before they closed. :smile1: Worth the drive. I bought my jumbo for $4900 + tax, so no increase yet in Washington DC.

They told me the same thing, that multiple people are on the waiting list but limited number of items received.

I noticed my SA didn't even come out to greet me, I caught a glimps of her folding/prepping lots of boxes in the back room; the manager sold me my Jumbo. Looks like their going to be reallly busy this weekend. When I brought up the price increase question, they changed the subject on me.

Oh my! I am assuming any day or week now? That's weird they would just change the subject. Rude actually

Frankly why can't Chanel just spit out the date and amt for the increase!! This is getting annoying!! Just be truthful and honest. We all know the unspoken price increase is coming
