Newbie here but very serious in buying my first chanel- jumbo classic with GHW asap. I am sorry to be a pain but is the price increase for both lamb and caviar? And I hear caviar is the way to go? ( I realize that part deux of my question may have been better served on another thread but I am just learning the ways). I am located in Midwest USA. Merci!

Same increase for both. Lambskin and caviar depends on your preference. There r a few threads already about this, try doing a search. I picked caviar because I've read that lambskin could be more delicate but they each have their own pros and cons.

Ahh yes, your explanations make so much more sense! It's just strange to me because I recently purchased a GST bag - it's supposed to be $2,900 USD but I paid $2,725 CAD pre tax! Either way, yes it is cheaper for me to purchase here than in the US, I think I'm just going to grab it while I still can! Thanks for the info ladies!

my sa told me dif in price gonna be from 400 to 600 on classic...and he said they not goona get a lot of bags till the new ship.and price increase..
the same way in Cariter they know when price increase but diet tell ..they said march or april)
