Chanel Pre-Fall 2013

Hi lovely ladies,

I just saw a post on the Chanel Pre-Fall 2013 collection today in the general thread and thought I'd bump it to the Chanel thread, if it hasn't been done so already

The collection was inspired by Edinburgh and features Scottish influences such as tartan plaids and knits. I especially love the Boy Bag. There's also Chanel flasks!. Everyone needs one of those right? Haha jk.

Thoughts on the collection? The critics have given rave reviews, while some of the TPF'rs are less impressed. I personally think the clothing is amazing.

Thanks for posting! I love the Boy bag you posted. I'm not too crazy about the runway looks, but it is always hard to see the bags on those photos.

Just finished scrolling through the gallery. Most of it is a bit too rugged and outdoorsy for my taste. I usually love the elegance and details of the pre-fall collections with all of the jewels, embroidery, and embellishments.

Thanks for the post; I love the kilt bag! Sooo cute. The fabrics are so rich and warm looking; like the fair isle influences, too. The rich tartans, burgundy and green colors are just lovely, as are the coats and tweeds. This is opulence in a whole different way.
